ABOUT LIZ LYNCH: The Profit Accelerator

Liz Lynch founded Consult Ad Hoc in October 2000 after "doing corporate time" at some of the top firms in their industries to hone her strategic, analytical and financial skills.
Her clients call her their profit consigliere, the key business advisor they turn to when faced with critical decisions about making money or spending money.

Name-Brand Experience

At DoubleClick, Liz helped launch a new division by developing relationships with partners, defining the customer value proposition and providing product input on innovative, targeted e-marketing products.

She set financial goals and maximized income through smart pricing strategies and expense management. Prior to Money, Liz worked in Time Inc.'s corporate strategy group where she identified and evaluated potential acquisitions and new business ideas to maintain the division's double-digit earnings growth.

As a consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Liz developed business strategies and redesigned key processes for a variety of service companies in the U.S. and abroad, to generate higher net income for a major New York bank, a Fortune 50 oil and gas company, and the largest telco in Australia.

Liz also worked at Goldman Sachs, where she evaluated financing options for owners of major commercial real estate properties valued over $75 million, and at Disney/Touchstone Pictures where she assisted with financial planning and control of over 50 talent contracts and 150 film projects in development.

Liz holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley.
